根治幽门螺杆菌对肠上皮化生胃黏膜p53蛋白表达的影响

目的：研究幽门螺杆菌（HP）根除治疗对p53蛋白表达的影响，探讨HP与胃癌的关系。方法：利用免疫组化染色对105例胃黏膜活检组织，包括正常胃黏膜、HP，阴性肠上皮化生胃黏膜、HP阳性肠上皮化生胃黏膜、HP根除治疗前后及胃癌，进行p53蛋白表达的分析。结果：正常胃黏膜未见p53蛋白表达。HP阳性肠上皮化生胃黏膜p53蛋白表达阳性率显著高于正常胃黏膜和HP阴性组：HP阳性肠上皮化生胃黏膜HP根除治疗后，其p53蛋白表达阳性率显著降低。结论：HP根除治疗后，肠上皮化生胃黏膜p53蛋白表达阳性率明显降低；HP感染可促进突变型p53基因表达增强。

Effect of the Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori on p53 Protein Expression in Intestinal Metaplasia

Objective: To investigate the effect of the eradication of Helicobacter pylori(HP) on p53 protein expression,and understand the relationship between HP and gastric carcinoma.Methods: p53 protein immunohistochemical staining was used in the research.Total 105 gastric mucosal biopsy specimens,including normal gastric mucosa,HP-negative intestinal metaplasia,HP-posivive intestinal metaplasia before and after eradicaton of HP and gastric carcinoma were studied.Results: p53 protein positive experession was not found in normal gastric mucosa.Positivity of p53 protein expression in HP-positive intestinal metaplasia was significantly higher than that in nomal gastric mucosa and in HP-negative intestinal metaplasia.After eradication of HP,positivity of p53 experession significantly decreased in previous HP-postitive intestinal metaplasia.Conclusions: After eradication of HP,positivity of p53 experession in intestinal metaplasia significantly decreased.It was supposed that HP infection caused mutated p53 gene expression to increase.
