踝关节骨折的早期手术疗效分析

目的：探讨踝关节骨折的早期手术对踝关节功能恢复的影响。方法：对５６例踝关节严重损伤行早期手术，早期功能锻炼，促进关节功能恢复的结果进行分析。结果：随访５２例，时间４月￣７年，优３８例，良１０例，尚可４例，优良率９２．１％。结论：作认为，对踝关节损伤早期手术治疗，坚固的内固定，早期功能锻炼，可使骨折达精确的解剖复位，有利于关节功能的恢复，降低创伤性关节炎的发生。

Analysis on Effect of Early Operation of Ankle Fracture.

Objects:To study the effect of ankle function restoration in ankle fractures with early operation.Methods:To analyse the result of 56 cases of ankle fractures that treated with early operation and early function exercise to improve ankle function restoration.Results:52 cases were followed upfor 4 months to 7 years.38 patients were graded in excellent,10 good and 4 fair.The excellent and good rate was as high as 92.1%.Conclusions:It is believed that ankle fracture was treated with early operation and early function exercise with anatomical reduction and stable fixation to improve function restoration and decrease traumatic arthristis.
