| 摘 要： | 为探讨PBL＋LBL教学模式在八年制医学生外科实习教学中的应用效果，将2004级40名临床八年制医学生随机分成两组：试验组为PBL＋LBL双轨教学模式，对照组为单纯的PBL教学模式。通过出科考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示两组在考试的总分上无显著性差异（P〉0．05），但在基础理论知识的得分上试验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），学生对PBL＋LBL的教学模式满意度较高。

| Abstract: | To discuss the effect of PBL + LBL double-track in practice of 8-year program medical students in hepato-biliary surgery department,the students of 2004-eight-year-program in random were divided into two groups:trial group (evaluated PBL + LBL double- track teaching) and control group (PBL teaching).
