PBL+LBL教学模式在八年制肝胆外科实习带教的应用

摘    要:为探讨PBL+LBL教学模式在八年制医学生外科实习教学中的应用效果,将2004级40名临床八年制医学生随机分成两组:试验组为PBL+LBL双轨教学模式,对照组为单纯的PBL教学模式。通过出科考核及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示两组在考试的总分上无显著性差异(P〉0.05),但在基础理论知识的得分上试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),学生对PBL+LBL的教学模式满意度较高。

Abstract:To discuss the effect of PBL + LBL double-track in practice of 8-year program medical students in hepato-biliary surgery department,the students of 2004-eight-year-program in random were divided into two groups:trial group (evaluated PBL + LBL double- track teaching) and control group (PBL teaching).
