LDH患者腰痛常见的原因及治疗

目的 评价腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛的原因及治疗方法。方法 对56例腰椎间盘突出症患者腰痛的性质进行分类，并采取相应的治疗。结果 所有病例随访5个月～6年，平均2年3个月。56例患者手术后临床疗效评价：优39例，良13例，可2例，2例术后根性痛症状复发，再次手术治愈。结论 腰椎间盘突出症患者必须对腰痛的原因进行分析判断，才能做出准确的诊断和恰当的治疗。

The Reason and Treatment of Lumbago in LDH Cases

Objective To evaluate the reason and the treatment of the low back pain in LDH cases. Methods We carried on a classification about the property oflumbago with in 56 cases of LDH,and adopt a homologous treatment. Results All cases were followed up for 5 months- 6 years,the mean time was 2 years and 3 months. 56 curative effect were evaluated after operation, excellent 39,good 13,can 2. The root painful symptom relapses after operation,but they were cured with the operation again. Conclusion Carrying on analysis to judge to the reason of the lumbago was necessary,and we could do an accurate diagnosis and fitting treatment.
