| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CDFI对血管疾病的诊断价值。方法采用CDFI对43例临床拟诊血管疾病的患者进行检查。结果43例检查血管59条，发现病变血管49条。其中下肢深静脉血栓30条，继发深、浅静脉瓣功能不全10条；急性动脉栓塞5条；动脉硬化性闭塞症7条；血栓闭塞性脉管炎5条；右肱动脉静脉瘘l条，腹主动脉瘤l例。结论CDFI可区分动静脉疾病，确定病变部位，了解病灶情况，判断病情缓急，诊断快捷无创，可作为血管疾患的首选检查方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the value of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) in the detection of vascular disease.Methods 43 patients who were clinically suspected to have vascular diseases vere exmined by CDFI.Results Fifty nine vessels were diagnosed among which 49 vessels were found with vascular diseases.Among these patients 30 casese were with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,10 cases with secondary superficial of deep venous valve malfunction,5 cases with acsute arterial thrombosis,7 cases with arteriosclerosis obliterans,5 cases with vassulitis obliterans,1 case with right brachial arteriovenous fistula and 1 cases of celianeurysm. Conclusion There are different features between arterial and venous diseases.CDFI is a noninvasive,safe,accurate and repeatable method for diagnosis of vascular disease. |
