| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨尿液核基质蛋白22（NMP22）在膀胱移行细胞癌诊断中的意义。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附实验（NMP22试剂盒）测定312例送检尿样的NMP22值，并以膀胱镜检的病理报告为对照，统计其方法的灵敏度、特异性及准确性。结果：尿NMP22检测膀胱移行细胞癌灵敏度71％、特异性75％、准确性73％。结论：尿NMP22的检测，为一种无创伤、无痛苦、能诊断且灵敏度、特异性、诊断性均较高的膀胱肿瘤临床诊断指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the urinary nuclear m atrix protein 22(NMP 22) as a marker for transitional cell carcinoma of the blad d er. Methods 312 urine samples of NMP 22 were analysis b y means of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The sensitivity of urinary NMP 22 in detection of transitional cell carcin o ma was 71%; the specificity 75% and the accuracy 73%. Conclusions NMP 22 is a promising urinary tumor marker for monitoring transitiona l cell carcinoma.The procedure is nontraumatic,sensitive and specific making earl y diagnosis feasible. |
