瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的观察瑞格列奈(孚来迪)治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取住院和门诊的2型糖尿病患者80例,随机分为治疗组42例,对照组38例。两组基础治疗相同,治疗组用孚来迪,对照组用诺和龙,疗程均12周。分别测定治疗前后血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白。结果两组治疗后较治疗前血糖、糖化血红蛋白有显著改善(P<0.05),两组治疗后各项指标比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论两组不同厂家生产的瑞格列奈对治疗2型糖尿病有相同疗效。

Clinical Effect of Repaglinide in Treatment of non - insulin dependent diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of Repaglinide(Fu lai di)in the treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes.Methods Eighty non-insulin dependent diabetes patients were randomly divided into two groups, The treatment group(42cases)was given Fu lai di.The control group(38 cases)was given NovoNorm.Basic treatment was used in both groups.The treatment courses for both groups were twelve weeks, blood sugar(BS), HbA1c, triglyc2eride(TG), total cholesterol(TC)and high density fat albumen(HDL)were detected before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the BS, HbA1c, were improved significantly(P<0.05)in both groups, in both there was no statistical difference(P>0.05)groups after treatment.Conclusion Fu laidi has the same curative effect compared with NovoNorm.
