铁路工科院校九九级入学新生心理健康状况检查结果分析

本文以石家庄铁道部学院99级入学新生作为测量对象,运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)作为测量工具,对全体入学新生进行问卷调查,通过调查发现,铁路工科院校大学生在强迫症状,人际关系第三,抑郁,焦虑,敌对性,偏执,恐怖和精神病性等因子方面,与全国常模相比,存在显著差异,通过调查发现男生与女生间存在着显著的心理差异,男生在强迫症状,敌对,偏执和精神病性方面高于女生;而一在抑郁和恐怖因子方面较男生反映更为突出,同时家庭结构的完整与否,城乡,差别,家庭收入差别,躯体疾病也是影响大学生心理健康的重要因素,研究者认为,要通过加强对铁路工科院校大学生的人文素质培养和心理健康教育,建立专职心理咨询机构,配备专职人员等多种途径来增进大学生的心理健康水平.

Investigation on the Mental Health State of the Freshmen in Railway Engineering Institutes

This article investigated the whole freshmen enrolled in 1999 of Shi Jiazhuang Railway Institute,who were assessed with symptom check-list 90(SCL-90)via the form of question papers.The investigation showed:The scores on all factors of SCL-90 assessed in railway engineering institute were significantly different from the national norm,such as interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,bigotry,photic anxiety and psychoticism etc.Moreover,the psychological difference between male students and female ones were dominant.Obsessive-compalsive syndrome,hostility,bigotry and psychoticism were more conspicious in male students than female ones;On the other hand,depression and photic anxiety factors were more dominant in female than male ones.Meanwhile,diparity between city and country,difference in family overcome,somatic disease and the family basic conditions(stable,intact)were all the important factors that affected the mental health of college students.The researchers considered:The mental health level in railway engineering institute should be improved by various ways,such as cultivating their humanity quality,strenthening the mental health education,establishing professional psychological counselling institution provided with professional staff,and so on.
