摘    要:目的:探讨螺旋CT三维成像(3D)及多平面重组(MPR)在骨折中的诊断价值。方法:选择37例骨折病人,将螺旋CT扫描容积数据传输至工作站进行MPR和3D处理,并比较轴位、MPR及3D之异同。结果:MPR可从任意平面观察骨折及其周围情况,3D可以显示骨折的立体关系。结论:MPR、3D是轴位图象的重要补充,对于复杂解剖部位骨折术前制定手术计划及术后评价手术效果具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the application of helical CT in the diagnosis of fracture.Methods:37 cases of serious trauma were selected, all volume data scanning by helical CT were transmitted to work station for multi-planar reformattion(MPR) and 3-dimensional reconstruction(3D).Results: Bone fracture was well demonstrated stereoscopically and could be viewed from any desired plane by MPR and 3D.Conclusion:MPR and 3D of fracture serve as a primary guide in pre-operational planning to improve the understanding of anatomic relation with complex fracture and a important value of following-up survey.
