大鼠实验性肺动脉高压的功能、形态关系及大蒜素等的阻抑作用观察

摘    要:采用大蒜素、川芎嗪、小檗胺对野百合碱诱发大鼠肺动脉高压并进行降压治疗,观察了降压前后肺血管功能、形态与肺动脉高压的关系。结果表明,肺血管功能形态改变与肺动脉高压密切相关,其中以大蒜素的降压作用最佳,并对其发病机制进行了探讨。

Abstract:The paper dea1s with the treatment of the pulmonary artery hypertention in rats causedby monocrotaline with garlicin,liqustrazine and berbamine and studies the relationship between the function and structure of pulmonary artery and pulmonary artery hypertension before and after use of hypotensive agents.The results show that there is a close relationshipbetween the function and structure of pulmonary artery and pulmonary hypertension,andthe inhibitory effect of garlicin is the strongest among the three herbal medicines.The pathogenesis is also studied.
