| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨根管治疗中根尖疏通对术后疼痛的影响.方法：选择需行根管治疗的患者90例,随机分为3组：A组,根管预备前和结束时使用10#K锉进行根尖疏通并超出工作长度1 mm,B组,每次更换器械均使用10#根管疏通器械到达工作长度,C组,每次更换器械均使用根管疏通器械并超出工作长度1 mm.记录各组患者术前及术后疼痛发生情况,并记录各时间段疼痛的视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale,VAS）的分值,比较各组患者术后疼痛的发生率以及VAS分值的统计学差异.结果：A组83.33％的患者术后无疼痛或轻微疼痛,B组为86.67％,C组为90％.各组的疼痛发生率无统计学意义.C组VAS分值略低于A组及B组,但差异无统计学意义.结论：根管治疗中根尖疏通对患者术后疼痛发生率和程度没有影响.

| Abstract: | Objective：To compare the incidence and degree of postoperative pain in root canal therapy with or without apical patency.Method：90 endodotically treated cases were randomly divided into three groups：A.10# K file were used beyond the working length（WL） 1 mm only when treatment started and ended.B.10# K file was used at the WL after each instrument when preparation.C.10# K file was used beyond the WL 1 mm after each instrument when preparation.Visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the incidence and extent of the postoperative pain.Result：There was no significantly difference between the three groups in the incidence and severity of pain.Conclusion：Maintenance of apical patency does not increase the incidence or degree of postoperative pain. |
