加味枳术颗粒对癌性厌食患者瘦素、食欲素的影响简

目的：观察加味枳术颗粒对肿瘤患者瘦素、食欲素水平的影响。方法将115例癌性厌食患者随机分为治疗组58例、对照组57例。治疗组口服加味枳术颗粒，对照组口服醋酸甲地孕酮片。2组均连续治疗4周，观察2组治疗前后血清瘦素、食欲素A水平的变化。结果2组瘦素水平治疗后较本组治疗前均下降（P＜0.05），治疗组前后差值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），2组疗效相当。2组食欲素A水平治疗后较本组治疗前均上升（P＜0.05），治疗组前后差值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），2组疗效相当。结论加味枳术颗粒与醋酸甲地孕酮片均可降低癌性厌食患者体内的瘦素水平、提高食欲素A的水平。

Influences of Jiawei Zhizhu Granules on levels of orexin and leptin in patients with cancer-related anorexia

Objective To observe the influences of Jiawei Zhizhu Granules on the levels of orexin and leptin in the patients with cancer-related anorexia. Methods The patients （n=115） were randomly divided into treatment group （n=58） and control group （n=57）. The treatment group was orally given Jiawei Zhizhu Granules for 4 weeks and control group, Megestrol Acetate Tablets for 4 weeks. The changes of the levels of orexin and leptin were observed before and after treatment. Results The level of leptin decreased in two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. The D-value was not significant in two groups before and after treatment （P〉0.05）, and the curative effect was similar between two groups. The level of orexin increased in two groups after treatment （P〈0.05）. The D-value was not statistically significant in two groups before and after treatment （P〉0.05）, and the curative effect was similar between two groups. Conclusion Jiawei Zhizhu Granules and Megestrol Acetate Tablets all can reduce the level of leptin and raise the level of orexin in the patients with cancer-related anorexia.
