柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤化裁方对酒精依赖症患者生存质量的影响

目的：采用随机对照研究观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤化裁方对酒精依赖症患者生存质量的影响。方法将56名酒精依赖症患者随机分为2组，分别服用配方颗粒制剂的柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤化裁方（治疗组）或安慰剂（对照组）4周。并以健康状况问卷（Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire，SF-36）为研究工具，量化评估柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤化裁方对酒精依赖症患者生活质量的影响。结果经治疗前后SF-36计分数据比较，治疗组在服药4周后，在生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、精力、精神健康6个维度上的得分均高于对照组。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤化裁方可以改善酒精依赖症患者的生活质量。

Influence of modified Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Tang on quality of life in patients with alcohol dependence

Objective To investigate the influence of modified Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Tang on quality of life in the patients with alcohol dependence by using a randomized controlled study. Methods The patients with alcohol dependence （n=56） were randomly divided into two groups, and treatment group was treated with granules formulation of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Tang and control group was treated with placebo for 4 weeks. With a research tool of health status questionnaire （Short Form 36 Health Survey Questionnaire：SF-36）, the influence of Chaihu plus Longgu Muli Tang on quality of life in patients with alcohol dependence was reviewed quantatively. Results After 4 weeks, through the comparison in SF-36 scoring data before and after treatment, scores of 6 dimensions of physical functioning （PF）, role of physiology （RP）, bodily pain （BP）, general health （GH）, vitality （VT） and mental health （MH） were all significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group, while comparison in dimensions of social functioning （SF） and role emotional （RE） showed there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion Modified Chaihu Plus Longgu Muli Tang can improve the quality of life in patients with alcohol dependence.
