类风湿关节炎中医应对策略简

从类风湿关节炎的定义、病因病机、辨证论证基础上的中医内治法、外治法、其他疗法以及综合治疗等几个方面，对类风湿关节炎的中医治疗策略进行了综合分析，拓展了中医治疗类风湿关节炎的手段。类风湿关节炎辨证分为风湿痹阻证、寒湿痹阻证、湿热痹阻证、痰瘀痹阻证、气血两虚证、肝肾不足证。外治法有中药熏蒸疗法、蜡疗法，其他疗法包括针灸、穴位注射、针刀闭合性手术、微创针刀镜治疗。不同的治疗方式的序贯及联合使用使中医特色更加明显，充分体现了中医辨证论治的特点；内治法、外治法及其他疗法的综合运用使类风湿关节炎的治疗效果更确切。

Countermeasures of TCM for rheumatoid arthritis

The countermeasures of TCM for rheumatoid arthritis （RA） were analyzed from the aspects of the definition, causes, pathogenesis, internal and external therapies of TCM based on syndrome differentiation and treatment, other therapies and comprehensive treatment. RA can be classified into wind-dampness obstruction syndrome, cold-dampness obstruction syndrome, dampness-heat obstruction syndrome, phlegm-stasis obstruction syndrome, dual deficiency of qi and blood and liver-kidney deficiency syndrome. The external therapies include fumigation and steaming therapy and kerotherapy, and other therapies include acupuncture, moxibustion, acupoint injection, acupotomology closed surgery and acupotomology mirror. These different therapies used sequentially and combinedly embody fully the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and comprehensive treatment of RA with internal, external and other therapies has reliable curative effects.
