酒精依赖患者执行功能

目的了解酒精依赖患者执行功能损害情况。方法选取32名符合国际疾病诊断与分类第10版诊断标准的酒精依赖综合征患者,选取30名年龄、受教育年限匹配的正常对照者。采用Stroop色词测验对患者组和对照组进行评定。结果酒依赖患者A部分反应时、正确阅读数与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(t=1.588,-0.692;P0.05),酒依赖患者Stroop色词测验C部分反应时长于对照组(t=4.686,P0.001)、正确阅读数低于对照组(t=-3.478,P0.01);B部分反应时长于对照组(t=3.026,P0.01),正确阅读数差异无统计学意义(t=-0.883,P0.05)。酒依赖患者干扰量高于对照组(t=3.647,P0.01)。结论酒依赖患者存在执行功能损害,临床工作中应给予针对性的认知干预,将有助于促进康复。

Executive Function of Inpatients with Alcohol Dependence

Objective To investigate executive function in inpatients with alcohol dependence .Methods 32 patients with alcohol dependence meeting the Tenth Revision （ICD-10）diagnostic criteria were included as the case group ,30 age-and education,HAMD and HAMA matched normal people as the controls .The case group and control group were assessed with the Stroop test .Results Stroop color-word test showed that the reaction time and correct reading number in part A had no statistically significant difference between alcohol dependence patients and normal controls .Compared with control group ,significant differences were observed in the reaction time and correct reading number in part C （t=4.686,-3.478;P〈0.001）.The reaction time of alcohol dependence patients in Part B was longer than that of the normal group（t=3.026,P〈0.01）.Compared with normal group,the patients with alcohol dependence interference quantity was higher than that of normal group （t=3.647,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Alcohol dependence patients have impaired executive function ,and they need intervention to promote rehabilitation .
