| 摘 要： | 目的探讨团体心理辅导对护生职业心理素质的影响。方法以团体心理辅导的形式对18名护生人际沟通及情绪控制能力进行干预,采用前后测的实验设计,以社交回避和苦恼问卷(SAD)、大学生情绪控制问卷(ECQ)为评估工具。结果团体辅导后,被试的社交回避(t=2.265)、社交苦恼(t=3.227)、社交回避及苦恼总分(t=3.201)显著降低(P0.05),攻击性控制水平显著提高(t=-2.731,P0.05),情绪复述(t=-1.404)、情绪抑制(t=0.824)和冲动性控制(t=-0.181)水平无显著变化(P0.05)。结论团体心理辅导对提高护生职业心理素质有着积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of group counseling on improving the nursing occupational psychological traits of nursing students.Methods Intervention of 18 nursing students in group psychological counseling forms ,using experimental design before and after the test,the Social Avoidance and Distress Scale （SAD） and Emotion Control Questionnaire （ECQ） as the assessment tool.Results After the group counseling,the social avoidance,social distress,and the total score were significantly lower （P〈0.05）.Aggressive control levels was increased significantly（P〈0.05）.The level of mood rehearsal,suppression and impulse control had not significant changed （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Group counseling has a positive effect on improving the nursing occupational psychological quality of nursing students . |
