甲状腺肿瘤细针穿刺细胞学检查56例分析与评价

目的探讨细针穿刺细胞学检查对甲状腺肿瘤的诊断意义。方法选择2002年至2005年收治的甲状腺肿瘤患者56例,先后行细针穿刺细胞学检查与切除物组织病理学检查,对结果行统计学分析。结果对于甲状腺乳头状腺瘤、乳头状癌及滤泡细胞癌,细针穿刺细胞学检查与组织病理学检查结果无显著性差异(P>0.05);而对于甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤,二种检查结果存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论细针穿刺细胞学检查对多数甲状腺肿瘤诊断具有较高准确性,但对小部分甲状腺肿瘤(甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤)的诊断准确率则较低,应结合临床特征、超声等进行综合分析。

Fine needle aspiration biopsy versus histopathologic examination in diagnosing 56 cases of thyroid neoplasm

Objective To discuss the value of fine-needle aspiration biopsy in the diagnosis of thyroid neoplasm.Methods A total of 56 cases of thyroid neoplasm were diagnosed with fine-needle aspiration biopsy and the results were compared with the conclusion from histopathologic examination.Results Diagnosis of the malignant thyroid neoplasm by fine needle aspiration biopsy was exact and showed no statistical difference with that by histopathologic examination,but for thyroid follicular adenoma,there was significant difference between the two methods.Conclusion Exact diagnosis by fine needle aspiration biopsy was for most thyroid cancers,but not for some,so it is necessary to combine this method with clinical feature,ultrasound techniques in diagnosis.
