摘    要:热休克蛋白是一类广泛存在于生物体内、生物进化高度保守、在生理和应激条件下均能表达的蛋白质家族。HSP27是该家族中重要成员之一,它的表达与应激条件下增加细胞的存活率相关。HSP27通过与凋亡通路中的一些重要蛋白相互作用参与细胞凋亡的调控。

Abstract:Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are ubiquitous in organisms, with high conservative in organic evolution and expression in physiological condition or stress response. HSP27 which correlated with increasing cell survival in stress response is significant one of the HSPs family. It has been shown that HSP2. 7 regulates apoptosis to prevent cell death by interacting with a large number of important proteins m apoptotic signal pathway.
