| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维重建技术对周围型肺癌(PPC)的诊断价值。方法分析28例经手术病理证实的周围型肺癌螺旋CT的表现,用表面遮盖法(SSD)进行三维重建,观察病灶形态及与支气管、血管束的关系。结果28例三维重建图像显示清晰,病灶外形直观,能完整地显示肺内病灶与支气管血管束的关系,为影像学诊断提供更多的信息。结论三维重建方法简单易行,能充分直观地显示周围型肺癌的形态特征,而且能显示其与支气管血管束的立体解剖关系,为周围型肺癌影像学的诊断提供更多的信息,为手术治疗提供指导。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of 3D CT in peripheril pulmonary cancer(PPC). Methods Helical CT scans of 28 patients with PPC confirmed by surgical resection and pathology were reviewed and analyzed.3D reconstruction was made using SSD. Surface features of the mass and the adjacent vessels and other structures were obtained. Results 3D CT images are clearly appeared and can comprehensively demonstrate the lesion's morphology and the relationship between the lesion and VCS, providing more information for imaging diagnosis. Conclusion 3D CT is easily facile and can well demonstrate the abnormal signs of PPC, also providing information concerning the anatomic relationship between PPC and adjacent bronchi and vessels.It is guidance for surgical resection and treatment. |
