颅内脑膜瘤MRI表现

目的：探讨颅内脑膜瘤的MRI表现。材料与方法：收集30例手术和病理证实的脑膜瘤,将MRI表现与病理对照分析。结果：30例均为单发病灶,位于颅内额、顶、枕区域脑凸而16例,蝶骨嵴8例,嗅沟4例,鞍区2例。其中表现肿瘤包膜完整者11例,瘤周水肿27例,硬膜“尾”征9例,瘤内钙化3例,血管流空信号5例,均匀强化20例。结论：MRI对脑膜瘤定位有很大价值．综合考虑各种MRI征象,可以提示为棚应的病理类型。

MRI Findings of Intracranial Meningiomas

To evaluate the MRI features of intracrania meningomas. Materials and Methods: 30 cases of meningoma which proved by operadon nad pathology were compared with their MRI features and pathological types. Results: All of the 30 cases were singular lesions, The lesions were located in frontal and parietal and occipital regions near by the convexity of the brain in 16 cases, at sphenoidal crest in 8 cases, at olfactory sulcus in 4 cases, in sellar region 2 cases. MRI manifested that 11 cases had their integral capsules, peritumor edema was found in 27 cases, dural "tail" sign was present in 9 cases, calcification in the tumors were found in 3 cases and vascular flow void features was seen in 5 cases, 20 cases appeared homogeneous enhancement. Conclusion: It is great value in present the location of meningoma with MRI, combination of several MRI features could be used to figure out the pathological type of meningoma by a comprehensive analysis.
