| 摘 要： | 目的观察经皮肾微穿刺输尿管镜下钬激光联合气压弹道处理铸型肾结石临床效果并探讨其运用经验。方法对采用经皮肾微穿刺输尿管镜下钬激光联合气压弹道处理铸型肾结石21例进行回顾分析。结果本组全部手术成功,无中转开放手术,结石清除率98%以上;平均手术时间88 min;除2例接受输血外,余皆未接受;平均住院时间10 d;无肾穿、漏尿等并发症。结论经皮肾微穿刺输尿管镜下钬激光联合气压弹道处理铸型肾结石临床效果满意,是一种可行的高效、安全的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate probability and the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL)combined with the holmium laser pneumatic lithotripsy in treating renal stag horn calculi.Methods 21 cases underwent MPCNL combined with the holmium laser pneumatic lithotripsy were reviewed.Results All cases were successful.The total stone-free rate was above 98%.The average operation time and hospitalization was 88 minutes and 10 days.No severe complication was happened.Conclusion MPCNL combined with the holmium laser pneumatic lithotripsy in treating renal stag horn calculi is one kind of safe,highly effective method. |
