| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大蒜素对肿瘤患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:用红细胞C3b受体花环试验(RCRR)、红细胞免疫复合物花环试验(RICR)、红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞花环试验(TRCR)检测30例肿瘤患者服用大蒜素前、后1、2、3月及30例正常对照组的红细胞免疫功能。用碱性磷酸酶-抗碱性磷酸酶(APAAP)法检测30例肿瘤患者服用大蒜素前、后1、2、3月及30例正常对照组的淋巴细胞免疫功能。结果:肿瘤患者服用大蒜素前,红细胞C3b受体花环率及红细胞免疫粘附肿瘤细胞花环率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而红细胞免疫复合物花环率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),淋巴细胞免疫功能显著低于对照组(P<0.05);服用大蒜素后,红细胞C3b受体花环率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),淋巴细胞免疫功能接近或高于对照组。结论:大蒜素能提高肿瘤患者的细胞免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effects of Allicin on cellular immune function in patients with cancer.Methods:The erythrocyte immune function of30cancer patients and30control subjects were examined with erythrocyte C 3 b receptor rosette formation rate(RCRR),erythrocyte immune complex rosette(RICR)and adherence of erythrocytes to tumour cells rosette rate(TRCR),and their lymphocyte immune function was examined with APAAP method.Re sults:RCRR and TRCR in cancer patients were obviously decreased(P<0.05),but RICR was significantly increased(P<0.01).After the patients had eaten Allicin,RCRR was obviously increased(P<0.05).The lymphocyte immune function in cancer pa-tients was obviously decreased compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).After the patients took Allicin,their lymphocyte immune function notably increased(P<0.05).Con clusion:Allicin can improve erythrocyte immune function of cancer patients. |
