肺气肿肺气虚证模型大鼠血液流变学实验研究

目的:观察肺气肿肺气虚证模型大鼠血液流变学的变化,探讨其在肺气肿肺气虚证发病中的作用机制。方法:将90只SD大鼠随机分为对照1个月、2个月、3个月组和模型1个月、2个月、3个月组,采用气管内注入脂多糖(LPS)和烟熏双因素复合制作肺气肿肺气虚证大鼠模型,观察模型大鼠血液流变学的变化。结果:与对照组相比,模型组大鼠动脉血全血黏度(高切、低切)、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数及纤维蛋白原均升高。结论:肺气肿肺气虚证模型大鼠血液存在高黏、高浓、高聚的流变特性。

Experimental study on the change of hemorrheology in rat models with pulmonary emphysema of pulmonary qi-deficiency syndrome

Objective:To observe the change of hemorrheology in rat models with pulmonary emphysema of pulmonary qi-deficiency syndrome,and study action mechanism of hemorrheology in pulmonary emphysema of pulmonary qi-deficiency syndrome.Methods:90 SD rats were randomly divided into control group(which were randomly divided into three control subgroups of one month,two monthes and three monthes)and model group(which were randomly divided into three model subgroups of one month,two monthes and three monthes).The rat models with pulmonary emphysema of pulmonary qi-deficiency syndrome were established by endotracheal instillation of lipopolysacchride(LPS),exposure to cigarette smoking.And observed the change of hemorrheology.Results: Compared with those of control group,the whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte specific votume,erythrocyte aggregation index and the concentration fibrinogen in model group were significantly increased.Conclusion:The hemorrheology characteristic of high viscosity ,high dense and high aggregation occurred in model rats with pulmonary emphysema of pulmonary qi-deficiency syndrome.
