| 摘 要： | 本研究观察了42例脑血管意外后遗症的老年患者和40例无明显心、脑血管疾病的老年人血红细胞SOD活性。结果发现,脑血管意外后遗症患者的红细胞SOD活性明显低于无心、脑血管疾病表现的老年人,其SOD活性分别为1268士54μ/gHb和1704士60μ/gHb。差异具有显著性意义(p<0.01)。实验表明,脑血管疾病患者可伴有血SOD活性降低,从而提示脑血管疾病的发生可能与自由基有一定关系。

| Abstract: | The superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity of erythrocytes was estimated in 42 senile patients with sequelae of cerebrovascular apoplexy and in 40 cases of the aged without that diseases.It was found that the SOD activity of the patlents(1268±54μ/gHb)was lower than that of the aged(1704±60μ/ gHb)with significant difference(P<0.01),Our results suggest that the occurrence of cerebrovascular disease may be accompanied with the lower activity of SOD and related to the free radicals, |
