| 摘 要： | 用ＥＢ病毒单克隆抗体通过三步放大间接免疫过氧化物酶方法检测５例淋巴增生性病变。包括Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤。Ｘ连锁淋巴增生性疾病（ＸＬＰ）患者的淋巴结及淋巴结反应性增生。３例标本对ＥＢ病毒单克隆抗体ＥＢＮＡ、ＥＢＮＡ２及ＥＡ表现较强阳性反应，对ＶＣＡ及ＥＡ－Ｒ呈不同程度阳性反应。用ＥＢ病毒抗原单克隆抗体检测标本中ＥＢ病毒基因编码的蛋白质表现是研究ＥＢ病毒相关疾病的特异性高、敏感、而且简便、迅速的方法。

| Abstract: | he monoclonal antibodies(McA bs) to Epstein- Barr virus(EBV)were used to the 5 cases of lymphoproliferative diseases by a 3- stepamplified indirect immunoperoxidase methed. The cases included T- celllymphoma,X- linked lymphoproliferative disorders(XLP)and reactiveproliferative lymph node. A strong positive reaction to McA bs EBNA,EBNA 2 and EA and positive reaction in varying degrees took placeappeared in three specimens.The expression of proteins Which wereencodedby EBV genomes was examined by using a series of McA bs to EBV antigenin the diseases pertinent to EBV. Therefore,the technique is simple andrapid, sensetive and highly specific. |
