摘    要:在氯化铵-乙二胺-EDTA底液中(pH=9.00),铬(Ⅵ)与铜铁试剂产生一灵敏的络合吸附峰,Ep=-1.45V。利用此峰可测定低至9.6×10~(-10)mol/L的铬,方法用于茶叶、粮食、自来水、指甲等中铬的测定,方法回收率在94~105%之间。

Abstract:In NH4Cl-NH2CH2NH2-EDTA (pH = 9.0) supporting electrolyte containing cupferron, chromium( Ⅵ) complex with cupferron has a rather sensitive adsorptive wave. The reduction peak potential is -1.45V. The determination limit is 9,6×10-10mol/L. This method has been successfully used to samples of tea, grain and water.
