摘    要:链霉菌B1829是从福建九龙山土壤中分离到的抗真菌抗生素产生菌,它所产生的福龙霉素是一种多烯多羟基大环内酯抗生素.根据其理化性质及结构分析,证明福龙霉素与已知抗生素Flavofungin和Mycoticin的结构相同,这两个抗生素均是由A、B两个组份分别按10:1和1:1组成的,而福龙霉素则是按1:2的比例组成的.

Abstract:In the course of screening for new antifungal antibiotics from Streptomyces, an antifungal antibiotic, Fulongmycin was discovered in culture mycelium and broth of a Streptomyces B1829 which was isolated from the soil sample collected in Fuzhou. The antibiotic was extracted by acetone from the mycelium and purified by column chromatography. The physical and chemical characteristics and UV, IR, NMR and MS spectra showed Fulongmycin is a pentaene antibiotic similar to flavofungin-and Mycoticin but in different ratio of A and B components. The ratio of A and B of Fulongmycin is 1:2, while Flavofungin is 10:1 and Mycoticin is 1:1 respectively. The characteristics of the producing strain B1829 were described.
