保留子宫动脉上行支的筋膜内子宫切除对卵巢功能影响的临床观察

摘    要:目的探讨保留子宫动脉上行支的筋膜内子宫切除术对卵巢功能的影响。方法选择2005年6月~2007年6月在我院妇产科住院,因妇科良性疾病适合行保留子宫动脉上行支的筋膜内子宫切除术的患者50例,同期采用传统子宫切除术而保留双侧卵巢的患者45例为对照组,分别观察两组手术前后卵巢功能及性生活的变化的各项指标。结果研究组与对照组手术后6、12个月血清中FSH、E2的水平差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),研究组术前、术后差异则无统计学意义(P〉0.05),对照组术前、术后FSH、E:差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。术后更年期症状、性生活质量、腰腹痛等方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论保留子宫动脉上行支的筋膜内子宫切除术应用于临床方便、可行。近期对卵巢功能影响小。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influences on ovarian function of intrafascial hysterectory with intact ascending uterine artery. Methods The clinical datas of 50 cases of premenopausal women with benign uterine disease underwent intrafas- cial hysterectory with ascending uterine artery in our hospital from June 2005 to June 2007 (study group) were analysed. The 45 cases who underwent traditional hysterectory with preservation of the ovary at the same time were used as the control group. The preoperative and postoperative variables were studied and compared, especially the ovarian function and sexuality. Results There were significant differences in FSH,E2 ,sexual function and symptom of menopause between two groups in the variable of operation and postoperation, there were no significant differences in the study group before operation and postoperation and there were signif- icant differences in the control group. Conclusion Intrafascial hysterectory with infact uterine is applicable in clinics, and it has less complications and slight influences on ovarian function.
