胸心外科手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的调查与心理干预实施

目的该研究主要就胸外科手术患者出现抑郁焦虑情绪的相关情况以及心理干预措施的应用展开分析讨论。方法选择该院2011年11月-2012年11月所收治的80例胸心外科患者作为研究对象，根据患者的入院先后顺序将其均分为观察组与对照组，对照组的患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予护理干预，比较两组患者的心理测试HAD值。结果两组患者的心理测试HAD值差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组所有患者痊愈出院。结论在对胸心外科手术患者进行临床护理时，通过对其焦虑抑郁情绪进行全面调查，并对患者给予适当的心理干预，可以提高患者的临床治疗效果，值得大力推广并普及使用。

Investigation of the Anxiety and Depression of Cardiothoracic Surgery Patients and the Implementation of Psychological Intervention

Objective The main purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss cardiothoracic surgery patients with depression and anxiety and the implementation of psychological intervention. Methods 80 cases of cardiothoracic surgery patients admitted in our hospital from November, 2011 to November, 2012 were selected as the subjects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of hospitalization. Patients in the control group were treated with the conventional care, and patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention on the basis of conventional care. The psychological test HAD values of two groups were compared. Results The difference between two groups of patients in psychological test HAD values were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. All the patients in the observation group were cured and discharged. Conclusion When nursing eardiothoraeic surgery patients in clinical practice, a full investigation of anxiety and depression of the patients and appropriate psychological intervention given to the patients can improve the clinical effect, which is worthy of popularization and promotion.
