参苓益胃胶囊的制备工艺与薄层色谱鉴别

摘    要:目的探讨参苓益胃胶囊的制备工艺及质量控制方法。方法采用正交试验优选水煎煮工艺,用薄层色谱法对处方中陈皮、延胡索、枳壳等进行定性鉴别。结果制剂的最佳煎煮工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮2次,每次1 h。薄层色谱可对处方中主要成分陈皮、延胡索、枳壳进行有效鉴别,阴性对照品溶液无干扰。结论参苓益胃胶囊的制备工艺合理,薄层色谱鉴别专属性强、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制方法之一。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the preparation process and quality control plan of the Shenling Yiwei Capsules. Methods Using orthogonal test to optimize water decoction process,using TLC to identify dried tangerine peel, Citrus aurantium and Rhizoma Corydalis. Results The optimum extraction process of was 10- fold water,2 times for extraction,each time 1 h. TLC identification shows that this method has very good identification effect for dried tangerine peel, Citrus aurantium and Rhizoma Corydalis, negative control solution without interference. Conclusion The preparation process is reasonable. The quality control method is specific and sensitive.
