| 摘 要： | 目的分析研究腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术的效果。方法 60例输卵管峡部妊娠施行保守性手术患者随机分为两组,观察组患者腹腔镜下输卵管吻合术,对照组患者开腹显微吻合术。结果观察组患者平均住院时间短,与对照组比较(P<0.05)。结论施行腹腔镜下吻合术属于输卵管峡部妊娠的最佳方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the effect of research laparoscopic tubal anastomosis. Methods 60 cases of tubal isthmus pregnancy the purposes of conservative surgery patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group were laparoscopic tubal anastomosis, control group patients with open microsurgical anastomosis. Results The average length of stay of the observation group were short, compared to the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The laparoscopic anastomosis belong to the best way of the isthmus pregnancy. |
