妇科门诊患者疾病分布情况及预防知识掌握程度的调查研究

目的:调查妇科门诊疾病分布情况及患者对预防知识的掌握程度。方法:随机抽取2011年3月~2012年2月我院妇科门诊就诊的1512例患者为研究对象,将不同年龄段患者的疾病种类分布情况及不同年龄段、文化程度患者的疾病预防知识掌握情况进行调查研究及统计分析。结果:所有患者中以乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤、阴道炎发病率最高,且以41~50岁的患者所占比例最高。而大专及以上学历和31~40岁患者对疾病预防知识掌握程度最佳,P0.05,有统计学意义。结论:门诊妇科疾病以乳腺增生、子宫肌瘤、阴道炎为主,且年龄和文化程度对疾病预防知识掌握程度也有较大的影响。

Investigation on the situation of disease distribution and mastering degree of prevention knowledge of patients in gynecologic clinic

Objective： To investigate the situation of disease distribution and mastering degree of prevention knowledge of patients in gynecologic clinic. Methods： 1512 patients in gynecologic clinic of our hospital from March 2011 to February 2012 were selected as research object,and the disease distribution situation at different ages and mastering degree of prevention knowledge at different ages and different education levels were investigated and analyzed. Results： The rates of hyperplasia of mammary glands,hysteromyoma and vaginitis of all the patients were the highest,and the incidence of disease at 41 to 50 years old was the highest,the mastering degree of prevention knowledge at junior college or higher and 31 to 40 years old were the best,all P〈0. 05,there were all significant differences. Conclusion： The disease of patients in Gynecologic Clinic are mainly,hysteromyoma and vaginitis,and the ages and education level have bigger influence for the mastering degree of disease prevention knowledge.
