| 摘 要： | 目的研究红景天对大鼠辐射损伤的防护作用。方法SD大鼠每日以红景天提取物灌胃,用高能X线加速器照射后测量各项指标。结果红景天对大鼠受辐射后外周血、骨髓白细胞有明显保护作用,对大鼠胸腺及脾脏指数有明显增高作用。结论红景天对大鼠辐射损伤有明显防护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the radioprotection effects of Rhodiola on radiation-injured rats.Methods SD rats were administrated Rhodiola by gavage each day,the indexs were measured after the radiotion of high energy X-ray accelerator.Results Rhodiola could increase peripheral-blood WBC numbers,myeloplast numbers,thymus and spleen index of radiation-injured rats.Conclusion Rhodiola obviously had radioprotection effects on rats. |
