胰岛素强化治疗妊娠期糖尿病的临床分析

摘    要:目的探讨应用生物合成人胰岛素强化治疗模式治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的可行性和有效性。方法回顾应用生物合成人胰岛素强化治疗21例妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的临床资料,总结分析孕妇血糖变化、母体并发症发生及围产儿结局情况。结果21例孕妇血糖控制满意,无严重低血糖及并发症发生,围产儿病死率为0。结论应用生物合成人胰岛素强化治疗模式更符合妊娠生理需要,血糖达标率高,母儿结局良好,具有安全、简便、有效的优点。

Abstract:Objective: To study the feasibility and efficacy of using biosynthesis human insulin intensive therapy on gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Methods : To retrospect the clinical materials of using biosynthesis human insulin intensive therapy on 21 pregnant women with GDM . To summary and analyze the change of the pregnant women's blood glucose , the occurrence of the maternal complications and the perinatal outcome and significance. Results : 21 pregnant women had satisfied blood glucose control; no hypoglycemia or other complications occurred; the perinatal mortality rate was 0. Conclusions : Using biosynthesis human insulin intensive therapy was safe, simple, and effective , which was more suitable to the physiological needs of the pregnant , and could achieve high standardized rate of blood glucose , as well as good maternal - fetal outcome .
