豌豆中硒的氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱测定法

摘    要:目的建立氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法测定豌豆中硒的含量。方法以HNO3-HClO4消解样品,用HCl将6价硒还原为4价硒在选定的最佳实验条件下进行测定。结果方法的检出限为0.10ng/ml,线性范围为0~80ng/ml。应用于3种豌豆中硒的测定,回收率为90.5%~110.6%,RSD为2.0%~5.7%。结论该方法样品处理简单,检测速度快,一般实验室均可应用。

Abstract:[ Objective] To establish the method of hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry tor the determination ot the selenium concentration in peas. [ Methods] The samples were dissolved by HNO3-HC104 ; HCI was used to reduce sexivalcnt selenium to quaternary selenium; the determination was made under the best laboratory condition. [ Results ] The detection limit was 0.10 ng/ml ; linear range was 0 - 80 ng/ml ; the recovery rate of the determination of 3 kinds of peas were between 90.5% and 110.6% ; RSD was 2.0% -5.7 %. [Condusion] This method is simple, rapid and applicable for laboratory tests.
