281例乳腺癌临床分析

本文对肿瘤外科治疗有随访记录的281例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行了分析。其中女性277例占98.58％,男性4例占1.42％。总的五年生存率为62.30%。按TNM分期:Ⅰ期19例(6.80％),Ⅱ期147例(52.30％),Ⅲ期112例(39.90％),其五年生存率分别为71.40％,75.99％及45.00％。腋淋巴结转移阳性者139例,腋淋巴结转移阴性者108例,其五年生存率分别为53.65％和73.13％。浸润型癌245例,非浸润型癌36例,其五年生存率为58.12％和85.00％。40～59岁占全部病例的64.40％,30岁以下占2.50％,70岁以上占2.10％。本组资料表明乳腺癌患者术后五年生存率与肿瘤的临床分期、病理类型及腋窝淋巴结有无转移均有关系。浸润型癌伴腋窝阳性者,其预后多不良。在腋窝淋巴结阳性患者中根治术加辅助治疗的疗效与单纯根治术相比差别无显著性(P>0.05)。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF BREAST CANCER OF 281 CASES

Clinical data of 281 cases of breast cancer, treated by surgery are analysed 277 females(98. 58%)and 4 males ( 1.42% ) .The overall 5-year survival rate was 62.30%. According to TNM staging, stage I accounted for 19 cases ( 6.80% ), stage 11 for 147(52.30% ) and stage III for 122 (39.90%), with a 5-year survival rate of 71.40%, 75.99% and 45.00%, respectively. 139 microscopicarly positive axillary lymph nodes and 108 negative ones were found in association with 53.65% and 73.13%. The 5-year survival rates of 245 invasive cancers and 36 noninvasive cancers were 58.12% and 85.00%.The data in this: series show that postoperative 5-year survival rate of the patients with breast can be correlated well with the clinical staging, the pathological type and the axillary lymph nodes. In cases with positive axillary lymph nodes, the therapeutic results present on significant difficance between the radical operation with or without adjuvant reatment.
