LCA、Syn在肺小细胞癌活检标本中的意义

目的 探讨LCA、Syn在肺小细胞癌活检标本中的应用及意义.方法 以27例肺小细胞癌标本作为研究对象,应用免疫组织化学技术,分别检测LCA、Syn在SCLC中的表达差异,同时观察单纯应用HE组织学检查与HE联合LCA、Syn标记在SCLC的诊断中有无差异.结果 SCLC中LCA、Syn表达的阳性率分别为0和88.9%,两者在肺小细胞癌中的表达差异具有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）;常规HE组诊断SCLC的确诊率为66.7%,HE联合LCA、Syn标记组诊断SCLC的确诊率为88.9%,两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 联合检测LCA、Syn在肺小细胞癌中的表达可以提高肺小细胞癌的确诊率,值得推广.

Application of LCA and Syn in patients with small cell lung cancer and their significance

Objective To explore the value and significance of histological examination and immunohistochemical staining in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of patients with SCLC. Methods 27 patients with SCLC were given detect the expression of LCA and Syn. Basing on the results of biopsy section and staming to staining, it could eventually get full data of pathological diagnosis and histological classification. Results The positive rate of LCA expression was 0 and 88.9% of Syn expression （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The diagnostic rate off HE was 66. 7%, and 88.9% of the combined detection （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The combined examination of LCA and Syn can be helpful to improve the correct rate of pathological diagnosis and histological classification.
