防护措施对雷达作业人员血细胞、免疫细胞的影响

摘    要:目的观察雷达微波对雷达作业人员血液、免疫系统的影响,并评估相关防护措施对雷达微波辐射的防护作用。方法选择某军区有雷达防护措施(防护组)和无防护措施(暴露组)的基层雷达部队男性战士各30名,正常男性30例作为对照组,分别从血常规、T淋巴细胞亚群等指标观察。结果对照组、防护组、暴露组的血常规各指标间无统计学差异;防护组的血红蛋白升高率高于暴露组(P=0.035),防护组中性粒细胞百分比异常(降低)率低于暴露组(P=0.031),暴露组淋巴细胞百分比异常(升高)率高于对照组(P=0.01),且高于防护组(P=0.015);暴露组CD8+百分比低于对照组(P=0.024),且低于防护组(P〉0.05)。结论雷达微波辐射对作业人员的血细胞、免疫细胞均有影响,且采取防护措施对作业人员有一定的保护作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe effects of microwave radiation on hemogram and immune systems of radar operators,and to assess the effect of protective measures on radar operators. Methods A total of 30 male soldiers in a radar unit under protective measures were selected as protection group,another 30 unprotected male soldiers were selected as exposure group,and 30 normal males were as control group. The indexes of routine blood test and T lymphocyte subsets in the three groups were respectively observed. Results There were not significant differences in the 3 groups on indexes of routine blood test; the incidence of elevated hemoglobin in protection group was higher than that in exposure group( P = 0. 035),the incidences of abnormal( lower) neutrophils in protection group was lower than that in exposure group( P = 0. 031),the incidences of abnormal( elevated) lymphocytes in exposure group was higher than those in control group( P = 0. 01) and protection group( P = 0. 015); The CD8 percentage in exposure group was lower than those in control group( P = 0. 024) and protection group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion The microwave radiation can affect the hemogram and T lymphocyte subsets of radar operators,and appropriate protective measures can protect radar operators to some extent.
