丹参药材脂溶性有效成分的快速指纹图谱研究

摘    要:目的建立丹参药材脂溶性有效成分的高效液相指纹图谱,为丹参药材质量控制提供可靠方法。方法选取10个产地的丹参生药材。色谱柱:AgilentSB—C18(2.1mm×50mln,1.8μm),流动相:甲醇-水(80:20),检测波长:254nm;进样量:20μl,流速:1.0ml/min。结果时间窗宽度为0.3min,共标定了11个共有色谱峰,各产地丹参药材的相似度一致性良好。结论本方法准确可靠,可为提高丹参药材质量控制标准提供参考。

Abstract:Objective To establish an high-performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) finger printing of the liposolubility active ingredient in salvia miltiorrhiza bunge in order to provide a reliable method for the quality control of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge. Methods Crude Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge from 10 different regions were collected. The chro- matographic column was Agilent SB-C18 (2. 1 mm × 50mm, 1.8 μm) , the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water (80 : 20) , at 254 nm with 20 μl of injection volume for detection wavelength, and 1.0 ml/min of flow rate. Results The width of time window was set at 0.3 min, and 11 common chromatographic peaks were marked. Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge from different regions had good similarity and regularity. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable, and can pro- vide a reference standard for the quality control of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bunge.
