含氯消毒液消毒印模后灌注的石膏模型尺寸变化研究

目的：本实验对含氯消毒液浸泡消毒印模后不同石膏模型的尺寸变化作一研究。方法：在牙列缺损的标准模型上制取藻酸盐印模，消毒处理后灌注石膏模型，石膏模型硬固脱模后，用高精度电子数显卡尺对石膏模型和标准模型的特定位置进行尺寸测量。整个实验分为印模消毒处理组（流水冲洗组[对照组，冲洗lOsec]，1：100含氯消毒液组[浸泡10min]）；石膏模型组（普通石膏组和超硬石膏组）。每个实验重复6次，数据记录为均数±标准差，采用SPSS17．0软件行成对样本t检验分析（α=0．05，Chicago，IL，美国）。结果：流水冲洗普通石膏组尺寸变化最小（-O．207mm），超硬石膏组的变化量大于普通石膏组的变化量。统计分析显示流水冲洗处理组间差异有统计学意义，含氯消毒液处理组间差异有统计学意义；普通石膏模型组间差异有统计学意义，超硬石膏模型组间差异无统计学意义。结论：含氯消毒液消毒印模会导致灌注的石膏模型尺寸收缩。

Dimensional changes of plaster models after impressions were soaked in containing-chlorine solution for disinfection

Objective： This present study was designed to investigate the effect of chlorine disinfected solution on dimensional changes of plaster models. Methods： Impressions were taken through using alginate material on a standard model. After impressions were soaked into r：100 chlorine disinfected solution for 10 minutes, plaster models were poured through using model materials. The marked positions were measured and the sizes were compared between plaster models and standard model. The whole study was divided into disinfectant impression groups and gypsum groups. Every experiment was repeated for six times. The data were recorded, and t-test analysis was performed through using SPSS 17.0 software. Results： The minimum dimensional changes were observed in gypsum group treated with water cleaning impression （-0,207ram）. The dimensional changes in die-stone group exceeded the ones in gypsum group. The statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences between gypsum groups, water cleaning impression groups or chlorine disinfected impression groups. In addition, there was no significant difference in die-stone groups. Conclusion： The shrinking dimensions of plaster models treated with chlorine disinfected impressions were observed in this study.
