舒利迭治疗支气管扩张伴气流受限的临床疗效观察

目的 探讨舒利达治疗支气管扩张伴气流受限的临床应用和疗效.方法 将符合标准的支气管扩张伴气流受限患者56例随机分成两组,其中,对照组28例,给予支扩常规治疗;试验组28例,在常规治疗的基础上加用舒利达,治疗前后检测患者的肺功能,对比分析两组患者肺功能的改善情况.结果 治疗三个月后,两组患者肺部功能优于治疗前,观察组患者肺部功能改善明显优于对照组.结论 舒利达治疗支气管扩张伴气流受限能够显著改善气流受限症状,改善患者肺功能.

Observation of clinical efficacy of Seretide in the treatment of patients with bronchiectasis complicated with airflow limitation

Objective To explore the clinical application and efficacy of Seretide in the patients with bronchiectasis complicated with airflow limitation. Methods 56 patients with bronchiectasis complicated with airflow limitation were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were conventional treatment, and 28 cases in the observation group were given Seretide additionally. Their lung func- tion were detected before and after the treatment. Results 3 months after the treatment, the lung function in the two groups became better than before, and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion Seretide can sig- nificantly improve the symptoms of bronchiectasis patients complicated with airflow limitation, and imnrove their lune function.
