两种治疗对中-重度支气管哮喘的疗效比较

目的 比较沙丁胺醇雾化溶液连续疗法与间歇疗法治疗中-重度哮喘急性发作的疗效及不良反应.方法 37例中-重度哮喘急性发作患者随机分为连续疗法组（治疗组）20例和间歇疗法组（对照组）17例,采用氧驱雾化吸入.观察两组患者气喘及哮鸣音消失时间、治疗1 d、3 d后肺通气功能及不良反应.结果 治疗组的气喘和哮鸣音消失时间比对照组显著缩短（P＜0.05）;两组的肺通气功能好转,治疗组更显著（P＜0.05）;不良反应无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论 沙丁胺醇雾化溶液连续疗法治疗中-重度哮喘急性发作比间歇疗法效果好,不良反应少.

Comparison of effect of two different kinds of therapies for patients with bronchial asthma at moderate and severe stages

Objective To compare the efficacy of continuous therapy and intermittent therapy of salbutamol sulfate in the treat- ment of patients with bronchial asthma at moderate and severe stages. Methods 37 patients with bronchial asthma at moderate and severe stages were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （n = 20） was treated with continuous therapy, and the control group （ n = 17） was treated with intermittent therapy. The route of medication was oxygen atomization inhalation. The disappearance time of asthma and wheezing sound and the change in pulmonary ventilation function and adverse reactions were observed. Results The improve- ment of disappearance time of asthma and wheezing sound, and pulmonary function was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference on adverse reactions between the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The continuous therapy of salbutamol sulfate has favorable curative effect and little adverse reactions in the treatment of patients with bron- chial asthma at moderate and severe stages.
