清开灵联合沐舒坦对剖宫产术后肺部感染疗效的对比

目的 探讨清开灵联合沐舒坦对剖宫产术后肺部感染的临床疗效.方法 将120例在我院接受治疗的剖宫产术后肺部感染患者按就诊时间和治疗方式的不同分为联合治疗组、沐舒坦组各60例.联合治疗组患者使用清开灵联合沐舒坦进行治疗,沐舒坦组使用沐舒坦进行治疗.对疗程结束后两组患者的各项临床表征进行详细记录,对两种治疗方法的疗效、安全性、伤口愈合率进行分析比较.结果 联合治疗组的临床总有效率、安全性和伤口愈合率分别高达95.00%、98.33%、100%（横切口）、86.67%（纵切口）、远远高于沐舒坦组（P〈0.05）.结论 清开灵联合沐舒坦治疗剖宫产术后肺部感染具有疗效高且安全性好的优点.

Comparative study of clinical effect of Qingkailing combined with mucosolvin on patients with pulmonary infection after cesarean section

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Qingkailing combined with mueosolvin on patients with pulmonary infection after cesarean section （PICS）. Methods 120 PICS patients were evenly divided into the combined treatment group and the mucosolvin group according to their clinic time and treatment methods. The combined treatment group was treated with Qingkailing combined with mu- cosolvin, and the mucosolvin group was treated with mueosolvin only. Their clinical effect, safety and wound healing rate were recorded and compared between the two groups. Resttlts In the combined treatment group, the effective rate was 95.00%, the safety was 98.33%, and the wound healing rate was 100% （transverse incision） and 86.67% （longitudinal incision）, which were all obviously su- perior to those in the mucosolvin group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Qingkailing combined with mucosolvin has the advantages of good cura- tive effect and high safety in the treatment of patients with pulmonary infection after cesarean section.
