突发大地震时的血液保障应急处置

汶川大地震后绍兴市中心血站立即启动了应急献血预案，从5月13日-31日，共采血1114人次，40．89万ml，登记预约献血人数11042人次，单位53家。从本次实践中得出体会：采供血机构需要建立应对突发事件的长效机制，科学地抓好突发事件应急预案的落实工作，加强应急处置能力的培训，建立一支固定的应急献血志愿者队伍，合理应用应急献血名库，保证紧急状态下血液采集、供应，确保血液质量。

Emergency blood management:experience in Wenchuan Earthquake

After the Wenchuan Earthquake the Shaoxing City Central Blood Bank immediately started up its emergency response plan. Since 13 to 31 May blood collection was conducted on l 114 person-times and 408.9 thousand ml of blood were collected. Appointment to donate blood was made with 11 042 persons and 53 units. Based on this practice the following conclusions were drawn： it is necessary for the blood-collection and supply institutions to establish long-effect mechanisms to respond to emergent events, scientifically carry out the emergency response plan, enhance the training on ability of emergency management, establish a team of regular volunteers of blood donation during emergency, and reasonably use the name list of registered voluntary blood donors so as to guarantee the blood collection and supply and quality of blood under emergency.
