河南省活动性肺结核病人社会经济状况分析

目的：了解河南省活动性肺结核病人的社会经济现状，为制定和调整结核病控制政策和策略提供科学依据。方法：对2000年河南省结核病流行病学抽样调查中发现的343例肺结核患者进行社会经济状况问卷调查。结果：接受过结核病防治知识宣传教育者仅为26．5％；72．3％的患者家庭人均年收入低于当地人均年收入；由结核病专业防治机构确诊、登记并治疗的病人仅占14．8％；规则治疗率21．6％；病人中有医疗保障者仅为8．1％；调查前已确诊的病人仅占25．7％。结论：应扩大结核病健康教育覆盖面，加强结核病归口管理，对肺结核病人实行免费检查与治疗，推行现代结核病控制策略，增加结核病控制经费投入。
