摘    要:桑黄作为药食两用的菌类资源,具有多种治疗作用和保健价值。现代研究表明,桑黄多糖是桑黄主要成分之一,具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血糖和抗氧化等多种药理作用,并且人体的不良反应比较少,在生物抗癌药研发领域得到了广泛的关注。近年来,随着真菌多糖的工业化生产和提取工艺的进步,桑黄多糖在精制与鉴定方面有了诸多新发现。总结桑黄多糖的提取、分离、精制方法和药理作用的研究进展,以期为新药研发提供理论依据。

Abstract:As a fungus resource for both medicine and food, Phellinus has a variety of therapeutic and health functions. Modern research shows that Phellinus polysaccharide (PP) is one of the main components of Phellinus, which has a variety of pharmacological effects such as immune regulation, anti-tumor, hypoglycemic and antioxidant, and has relatively small toxic side effects on the human body, and has received widespread attention in the field of biological anticancer drugs. In recent years, the progress of industrial production and extraction technology of fungal polysaccharides has led to many new discoveries in the field of purification and identification of PP. The research progress of extraction, purification, isolation and pharmacological effects of PP is summarized, in order to provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of new drugs.
