| Abstract: | Middle and small military hospitals＇environment and characters were analyzed, and then the measures to realize the sound and rapid development of hospitals were proposed as innovating development idea, changing the development mode, incorporating into collectivized development system, improving organization and personnel management, focusing on quality control and upgrading the ability of medical support. |
