| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨等离子刀在腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)中的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析为218例患者行LC的临床资料,随机将218例患者分为两组:实验组(等离子刀组)117例和对照组(普通电刀组)99例;比较两组的手术时间、腹腔内置入物数量和住院费用等。结果:实验组在手术时间、腹腔内置入物数量及住院费用等方面均明显优于对照组。结论:等离子刀用于LC,与普通电刀相比,具有缩短手术时间、减少腹腔内置入物数量和住院费用等优点,值得临床应用。
