树鼩脊髓灰质的细胞构筑研究 Ⅱ.颈段

摘    要:本文用尼氏染色法,对树鼩颈段脊髓灰质的细胞构筑进行了研究。结果表明,树鼩颈段脊髓灰质的细胞构筑与人、猴、猫、兔、大鼠等哺乳动物的脊髓灰质基本相似。灰质从后角尖到前角边缘可分为Ⅰ~Ⅸ层,第Ⅹ层位脊髓中央管周围。各层神经元的形态,大小和排列方式都具有一定特点。本文还对树鼩的外侧颈核、中央颈核等特殊核团构筑作了观察。

Abstract:The cytoarchitectonic organization of the cervical spinal cord of the tree shrew was studied with Nissl's stain method. The result of the study shows that the cytoarchitectonic organization of the spinal gray matter of the tree shrew is basically similar to that of other mammals, such as man, monkey, cat, rabbit,rat etc. The cervical spinal gray matter of the tree shrew can be divided into nine laminae from the apex of the posterior horn to the edge of the anterior horn, and the tenth lamina is located around the central canal of the spinal cord. The form., size and arrangement of the neurone in each lamina possess their own characteristic. In the present study, the organization of some special nuclei in the cervical spinal cord such as lateral cervical nucleus (LCN), cervical central nucleus etc, was also observed.
