地氟烷和七氟烷在老年患者麻醉中的对比研究

目的对地氟烷和七氟烷在老年患者麻醉中的作用效果以及可能的并发症进行对比研究。方法选取2008年6月至2010年1月入我院住院患者54名,分为地氟烷以及七氟烷组。对两组患者术后情况以及并发症进行对比分析,并进行统计学分析。结果①地氟烷组及七氟烷组基本资料对比无统计学意义;②术后发现七氟烷组的意识恢复（21.2±3.6）min]要高于地氟烷组（14.2±3.3）min],且结果有统计学意义;③地氟烷组术后并发症明显低于七氟烷组。结论作为老年患者麻醉用药选择,地氟烷要优于七氟烷。

Comparative Study of Desflurane and Sevoflurane in Elderly Patients' Anesthesia

Objective To study comparatively the effect and possible complications of desflurane and sevoflurane in elderly patients＇ anesthesia.Methods 54 patients admitted in our hospital from June 2008 to January 2010 were divided into desflurane group and sevoflurane group.Postoperative complications were statistically analyzed respectively.Results ①The basic information of two groups showed no statistical significance;②The time of regaining consciousness in sevoflurane group （21.2±3.6） min）] was longer than that in the desflurane group （14.2±3.3） min],and the results were statistically significant;③Postoperative complications of desflurane group were significantly lower than those of sevoflurane group.Conclusion As the anesthetic agents chosen in elderly patients,desflurane is better than sevoflurane.
